About The Role

A drafting-heavy first or second seat. You will prepare plaints, written statements, writ petitions and replies to charge-sheets, attend hearings and learn how a service matter is built from the rules up.

What You'll Do

  • Draft pleadings, applications and replies in civil and service matters.
  • Research service rules, precedents and limitation questions.
  • Attend hearings at the District Courts and the Lucknow Bench.
  • Maintain case files, orders and client communication logs.

Who You Are

  • Enrolled or about to be enrolled with a State Bar Council.
  • A clear writer who checks every citation.
  • Organised, punctual and comfortable with court procedure.

About The Team

You will report to the founder and work alongside the cyber-crime associate.
